Clifford, Esq. is a Shareholder and Director at Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C., Four Gateway Center, 10th Floor, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222. "Clifford Construction Mediation" is a trade name for Mr. Clifford's independent mediation practice and is not a separate legal entity.

The Site does not host a contact or intake form. All written inquiries reach us by email.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends a GPC opt-out signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request under applicable law.
We retain personal information for a minimum of three years, consistent with professional responsibility obligations applicable to attorneys practicing in Pennsylvania.
Booking request information collected through our scheduling page is retained for the duration of the matter and for a minimum of three years thereafter. Requests that do not result in a scheduled mediation are deleted within twelve months.
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Please do not send confidential or privileged information by email or through our scheduling page. Information transmitted to us before an Agreement to Mediate has been executed is not protected by mediation confidentiality under 42 Pa. C.S.A. §5949.
The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
