All mediation sessions are governed by a separate Agreement to Mediate, which will be provided to all parties prior to any scheduled session.
Mr. Clifford's mediation services are offered in his individual capacity as a neutral and are independent of his law firm practice at Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. Engaging Mr. Clifford as a mediator does not create any relationship with Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C., and the firm does not provide mediation services through this website.
Prior to any mediation session, William D. Clifford, Esq. will disclose to all parties any known circumstances that could reasonably raise a question as to his impartiality or create a conflict of interest. Consistent with the ethical standards of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators, Mr. Clifford will withdraw from any matter in which a conflict of interest cannot be waived by all parties.
